Hi everyone my name is Nick! I am a sophomore in college and loving life! I just finished my first year at the University of Northern Iowa. I am back for the summer and cooking up some tasty and healthy creations in my kitchen. Ever since the summer before my freshman year of college I turned my eating habits around and transformed my body, health, and mind. I am eating healthier, cleaner and training mean to live this healthy lifestyle. I have cut out soda pop and sweets. What I am doing is not necessarily a diet but eating clean. Eating clean is limiting or eliminating processed foods all together. Processed foods have ingredients that are hard to pronounce and you do not know what is going into your body. Don't you want to know what is going into your body? You should say yes because you will feel healthier and better about your body. I am here to help you achieve that with some wonderful healthy recipes, helpful hints, and fitness workouts. I spend a lot of time searching for new recipes that are cleaner and healthier. As well as finding workouts that you can do at the gym. I also have workouts that do not require an expensive gym membership, but that you can do right at your home. That's right! You can do it at your home and burn fat to get a great looking body. People call me crazy for how I eat (or that I don't eat sugary sweets) but the way I eat is a lifestyle that I choose to live by and you can choose the same path to a healthier you.
